Stephanie Waldon, M.A., BCBA, LBA

My name is Stephanie Waldon, and I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. My excursion into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began with a profound "Aha" moment when I discovered the powerful science of human behavior. I realized that I had been unknowingly applying ABA principles while raising my four children, and this immediately intrigued me. From that moment on, I knew this was the field for me.

I serve as the United States Ambassador for World Behavior Analysis Day Alliance and represent the United States of America by raising awareness, advancing evidence-based practices, and building international connections that strengthen the science of behavior analysis worldwide. I am also the Director of RBT Mentorship for the Behavior Technician Association - the first association of its kind dedicated to supporting, connecting, and advocating for behavior technicians across the globe. My goal is to strengthen the frontline workforce by expanding access to professional guidance, practical resources, meaningful connections, and ongoing development opportunities that help RBTs build confidence, resilience, and sustainable careers in behavior analysis.

My passion for ABA was ignited as I witnessed firsthand its transformative impact on families' lives. Seeing the dramatic improvement in their quality of life inspired me to start my own company. Today, I am dedicated to making a difference by helping individuals  reach their fullest potential. There are abundant moments of joy and incredible milestones you will experience with your child. Every learner has unique gifts and abilities, and it is crucial to collaboratively identify and leverage these strengths in our interventions.

I believe that despite any challenges that may arise,  we have the tools to empower learners and support their growth. My mission is to be there every step of the way, guiding individuals and their families through their journey.
