Stephanie Waldon

RPCB Co-founder, BCBA, LBA
As a dedicated advocate for the science of behavior, I am a board-certified behavior analyst with a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue university. With four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I founded Phoenix Rising Behavioral services just one month after earning my BCBA certification, driven by a passion to provide compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the public education sector, and community service initiatives. Throughout my career, I have focused on advancing the dissemination of behavioral science through innovative training programs within my organization. leveraging my expertise in ABA, I designed and implemented a robust training framework that integrates behavioral skills training (BST) with a pyramidal model, grounded in ethical and assent-based practices. training is not only my professional focus but also my greatest strength, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based methods and continuous growth. I aim to elevate the standards of behavior analytic practice through effective, ethical, and learner-centered approaches. Looking ahead, I aspire to broaden my impact globally, including plans to open a clinic in Nicaragua. Additionally, I provide consultation as I delve into the world of public education and am also on a mission to support uninsured families of children who have experienced the juvenile justice system. My mission is to extend the principles of Behavior Analysis to diverse settings, creating meaningful and lasting change. This journey reflects my deep passion for the field and my determination to share its transformative power with communities near and far. Outside of work, I am a devoted parent to four wonderful children and value engaging in kind and open-minded interactions in every aspect of life.
